About the Role
The Role
We are working with several companies actively expanding their Rust engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in trading so they can have a swift and significant impact in their work. The open positions cover responsibilities across an array of features in trading systems including components related to order management, data storage and pipelines, exchange connectivity, execution systems, and strategy implementation. These partner companies are relatively small; you will be working closely with traders and quants in your work and taking broad ownership of components of the trading platform.
Important: your previous trading experience does not need to be in Rust. C++ engineering is valued as well.
Requirements
- A proactive and driven attitude
- Extensive experience working in trading
- Strong knowledge of Rust
- Professional grasp of the English language (please know, our partner companies are made up of staff from all over the world most of whom who are non-native English speakers)
- Familiarity with Options or other derivatives is advantageous
- Strong problem solving skills
