- Owning projects from their architecture until their implementation

- You live and breathe Rust and want to spend your days building with it
- Or you’re an exceptional C++, Python, Java, C#, Go or systems engineer who is fed up with only using Rust for side or personal projects
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-moving engineering environments
- Interested in AI, ML or working in a cutting edge organisation
- Someone who enjoys understanding why a technology works the way it does, rather than simply using it as a tool

Requirements
Rust expertise
You must have a deep understanding and passion for Rust.
Problem-solving skills
You should possess great problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
Software engineering experience
Experience in software engineering, particularly in performance-critical applications.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with C++, Python, Java, C#, or Go is a plus.
A keen interest in artificial intelligence or machine learning is beneficial.
