About the Role

The Software Engineer - Solana will focus on building and maintaining blockchain infrastructure and smart contract systems for high-scale financial technology operations. This role involves owning core engineering work across on-chain programs and backend services, emphasizing performance, security, and reliability.

What You'll Do

Own and evolve Solana programs from development through maintenance
Build scalable backend services for Solana, EVM, and Stellar networks
Scale on-chain infrastructure for millions of users globally
Shape the technical and product roadmap
Drive architectural decisions in a fast-moving environment
Ship new capabilities quickly to customers

Who You Are

Deep expertise in the Solana ecosystem, including programming model and best practices
Strong proficiency in Rust
Solid understanding of smart contract security patterns
Experience with Node.js and backend systems
2-10+ years of engineering experience
