Design and build core infrastructure across financial markets, settlement, and blockchain.
Shape protocol and system architecture alongside the founders.
Ship production-grade systems, primarily in Rust, with ZK and Solidity also relevant.
Use AI-native workflows and agentic orchestration to dramatically accelerate development.
Own problems end-to-end, from architecture through production.
What They’re Looking For:
- NYC-based or willing to relocate.
- AI-native: experienced using multiple AI agents in parallel to increase engineering velocity.
- Founder mentality or experience solving genuinely hard technical problems.
- Strong systems background; Rust is the primary language.
- Experience in areas such as HFT, DeFi, compilers, kernels, or other high-complexity systems is highly relevant.

Requirements
Rust programming
Strong experience in Rust is essential for this role.
AI-native workflows
Experience using multiple AI agents to enhance engineering velocity is required.
Systems architecture
A solid background in systems design and architecture is necessary.
High-complexity systems
Experience in high-frequency trading, DeFi, or similar areas is highly relevant.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications is a plus.
Experience with Solidity is beneficial for this role.
