About the Role

The role involves working as a Senior Rust Developer at a digital assets trading firm, focusing on building low latency trading infrastructure and optimizing various components like order management systems and market data feed handlers. You will be responsible for low-level networking coding and enhancing exchange connectivity.

What You'll Do

Build and own OMS
Design and optimise Feed Handlers to process market data
Low level networking coding
Socket management and Kernel bypass techniques
Handle and optimise exchange connectivity across FIX, websocket and proprietary protocols
Manage latency profiling and implementing continuous performance improvements

Who You Are

You are a Senior Rust specialist with experience in trading systems and a strong understanding of low-level networking.

Requirements

Direct experience with Feed Handlers &/Or OMS &/OR strategy logic
Strong Rust (bonus points for both async and non-asynch)
Low level network socket programming experience
FIX Protocol experience
Tradfi or institutional crypto trading business experience
