About the Role
About the Role
In simple terms, you will be building and improving backend software in Rust for complex, business-critical systems. You will work on systems that need to be stable, secure and able to handle a lot of activity, so this is not a basic application development role. You will be involved in designing the software, writing the code, testing it properly and helping decide how the overall system should be built.
The role is a good fit for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, backend development, distributed systems and writing high-quality Rust code. You will work closely with other experienced engineers and technical stakeholders, so strong communication skills are important. Fluent German is a firm requirement for this position. Unfortunately, candidates without strong German language skills cannot be considered for this role.
