About the Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize core trading infrastructure used in low-latency trading environments. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and engineers to build high-performance systems that support algorithmic trading strategies and market connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop low-latency, high-throughput trading systems.
- Build and maintain connectivity to exchanges, brokers, and trading venues.
- Develop components supporting market data, order management, and trade execution workflows.
- Optimize system performance through profiling, monitoring, and architectural improvements.
- Work closely with trading and quantitative teams to implement and enhance trading capabilities.
- Contribute to scalable system architecture that can support increasing trading volumes.
- Maintain system reliability, stability, and operational performance in production environments.
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, preferably within trading, financial technology, capital markets, or other performance-sensitive environments.
- Experience building and maintaining low-latency, distributed, or high-performance systems.
- Proficiency in Rust, C++, or similar systems programming languages.
- Experience working with exchange connectivity, market data systems, order management systems, or related trading infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, debugging, and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to adapt and contribute in fast-paced and evolving technical environments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within electronic trading, quantitative trading, market-making, proprietary trading, capital markets, or financial services environments.
- Knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrency markets, or decentralized finance technologies.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, networking, and performance tuning.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
5+ years experience
At least 5 years of software engineering experience in relevant fields is necessary.
Low-latency systems
Experience in building and maintaining low-latency, distributed, or high-performance systems is essential.
Proficiency in Rust
Strong skills in Rust, C++, or similar systems programming languages are required.
Trading infrastructure
