  • Contribute to architecture and system design discussions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Improve engineering standards, testing practices, and development tooling.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial software engineering experience.
  • Production experience developing applications in Rust.
  • Solid understanding of systems programming concepts and performance optimisation.
  • Experience building distributed, concurrent, or event-driven systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and system architecture.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of low-latency systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerisation technologies.
  • Familiarity with C++, Go, Java, or Python.
  • Exposure to market data, matching engines, or electronic trading platforms.

What You'll Receive

  • Opportunity to work for a leading global exchange.
  • Challenging technical problems at scale.
  • Competitive compensation package with annual bonus.
  • Collaborative and engineering-driven culture.
  • Modern technology stack and significant technical ownership.
