The Role
Design, build and enhance high-performance trading systems using Rust.
Develop reliable and scalable components supporting crypto trading workflows.
Work closely with trading, quantitative and engineering teams on business-critical systems.
Improve system performance, reliability and overall engineering quality.
Take ownership across development, testing, deployment and production.
Requirements
- Strong commercial software engineering experience with Rust.
- Prior professional experience within crypto / digital assets is required.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency and performance-focused engineering.
- Experience building production-grade, high-throughput systems.
- Trading, exchange, market connectivity or low-latency experience would be highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
Rust experience
