About the Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong Rust and Distributed Systems experience to build and support highly scalable data orchestration services for AI/ML systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize distributed systems using Rust
- Own features end-to-end, including production support
- Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate through agile development and pair programming
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on Rust development (Async/Await, Sync/Send)
- Experience with Distributed Systems and scalable web services
- Strong concurrent programming knowledge
- Experience with locking, memory synchronization, atomic operations
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting production systems
Good to Have
- Blob storage / distributed key-value databases
- Kubernetes & containers
- Linux internals
- Storage systems
- Backend web technologies
Requirements
Rust development
Strong hands-on Rust development experience is essential.
Distributed Systems
Experience with distributed systems and scalable web services is required.
Concurrent programming
Strong knowledge of concurrent programming is necessary.
Production systems
Experience in designing, developing, and supporting production systems is important.
Nice to Have
Blob storage
Familiarity with blob storage and distributed key-value databases is a plus.
Kubernetes
Experience with Kubernetes and containers is beneficial.
Linux internals
Knowledge of Linux internals is advantageous.
