Lead and collaborate on multiple greenfield initiatives focused on performance, reliability, and scale.

Open to all experience levels.
Proven experience coding in Rust.
Strong understanding or interest in distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
Ideally you come from a C++ background.
Excellent academic background.
Experience in high-stakes, low-latency, mission-critical environments where reliability and performance are non-negotiable.
Compensation
Salary: Up to £200k + Industry Leading Bonus.

London (Hybrid).
Requirements
Rust programming
Proven experience coding in Rust is essential.
Distributed systems knowledge
Strong understanding or interest in distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
C++ background
Ideally, candidates should have a background in C++.
High-stakes experience
Experience in high-stakes, low-latency, mission-critical environments is required.
