The Rust Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing production-grade distributed systems and building internal frameworks that support trading and research operations. This role requires collaboration with investment and engineering stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, low-latency production environments.

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong commercial C++ experience (required)
- Interest in or experience with Rust
- Experience with containerised microservices and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and production infrastructure
- Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
Software Engineering Experience
6+ years of software engineering experience is required.
C++ Experience
Strong commercial C++ experience is required.
Rust Interest
Interest in or experience with Rust is preferred.
Kubernetes Experience
Experience with containerised microservices and Kubernetes is necessary.
Distributed Systems Knowledge
Strong understanding of distributed systems and production infrastructure is essential.
CI/CD Pipeline Experience
Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines is required.
Nice to Have
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a plus.
