We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with quantitative researchers and trading teams to design and build robust, scalable, and efficient trading platforms that enable rapid business iteration and deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and product trading teams to develop stable, general-purpose, and high-performance online trading systems.
- Apply best practices in designing and implementing multi-strategy trading platforms and research tools.
- Continuously enhance system reliability and strategy iteration efficiency through innovative technology solutions.
- Support strategy implementation by providing data and technical solutions, improving prototype performance, and integrating with live trading systems.
- Build and maintain research platforms, including foundational code libraries and automation for system operations.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Junior or senior, strong programming fundamentals and clean coding habits; experience with both Python 3 and modern C++ (C++11 or later).
- Familiarity with Linux environments and standard development tools.
- Good understanding of distributed computing principles or machine learning platforms is a plus.
- Strong system design capabilities and an ability to build scalable and maintainable systems.
- Deep interest in quantitative trading and systematic strategies.
Bonus Points
- Advanced degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Finance, or Engineering.
- ACM-ICPC Medal, Kaggle Medalist, NOI, MCM, Jane Street Challenge or other awards.
- Strong open-source contributions in distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure or AI frameworks.
Requirements
C++ programming
Experience with modern C++ (C++11 or later) is essential.
Python programming
Strong programming fundamentals in Python 3 are required.
Linux familiarity
Experience with Linux environments and standard development tools is necessary.
System design
Strong capabilities in system design and building scalable systems are important.
Nice to Have
An advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Recognition such as ACM-ICPC Medal or Kaggle Medalist is a plus.
Contributions to open-source projects in relevant areas are advantageous.
