About the Role

The Senior Software Engineer will play a crucial role in building and maintaining software solutions for highly regulated industries. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify pain points and leading a team to develop new software in a greenfield environment.

What You'll Do

Work closely with stakeholders to identify solutions to their pain points.
Spec, design, build, test, and maintain new software solutions.
Collaborate with client teams.
Build performant mission-critical software.

Who You Are

Excellent computer science fundamentals with a solid understanding of the restrictions of hardware-constrained development.
Strong understanding of computer architecture.
Excellent C++ and/or Rust skills (open to strong experience with other languages).
Good communication skills.

Compensation

Up to £150,000

Rust experience

Experience with Rust is preferred and beneficial.
