Sr Software Engineer - Tactical Communications (Onsite)

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer at Collins Aerospace, you will design and develop advanced embedded communication solutions that are critical for military operations. Your role will involve leading initiatives, collaborating with top engineers, and contributing to the development of secure communication systems using C/C++ and Rust.

Qualifications You Must Have

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with embedded software development.
• Experience in Python and C/C++.
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
