As a Trading Engineer, you are one of the most important players in our growing team. Developing and programming is something you absolutely love and we provide the perfect place to do it. What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain and scale the backend of our trading platform
- Implement new trading strategies in collaboration with the traders
- Integrate and connect third-party APIs
- Operationally support traders
Who You Are
You have a MSc degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Econometrics and 4+ years of experience, of which at least 2 years of experience with Rust. You also have experience in building high throughput, low latency software applications and an understanding of networking protocols: TCP/UDP.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with concurrent programming and distributed systems
- Familiarity with Typescript and Node.js
- A basic understanding of the linux kernel and its constraints
- System level and compiler optimization techniques
- Knowledge of FIX protocol

Requirements
Rust programming
You must have at least 2 years of experience with Rust.
High throughput applications
Experience in building high throughput, low latency software applications is essential.
Networking protocols
Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/UDP is required.
Database experience
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases is necessary.
CI/CD tools
Familiarity with deployment using CI/CD tools is important.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with concurrent programming and distributed systems is a plus.
Experience with Typescript and Node.js would be beneficial.
A basic understanding of the linux kernel and its constraints is advantageous.
Knowledge of system level and compiler optimization techniques is a bonus.
Familiarity with the FIX protocol is a nice to have.
