The Role
As a Senior Rust Engineer, you’ll work on the core architecture of ultra-low-latency trading systems. This includes optimizing existing strategies and building new, robust features from the ground up.

- 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Strong commercial experience in Rust (or similar system-level languages like C++ or C)
- A passion for building highly optimized, real-time systems

Requirements
Rust proficiency
Strong proficiency in Rust or similar system-level languages.
Low-latency software design
Experience designing low-latency, high-performance software.
Linux knowledge
Solid understanding of Linux systems.
AWS familiarity
Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
Nice to Have
Financial derivatives knowledge
Knowledge of financial derivatives is an advantage.
