Open to all experience levels.
Proven experience coding in Rust.
Strong understanding or interest in distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
Ideally you come from a C++ background.
Excellent academic background.
Experience in high-stakes, low-latency, mission-critical environments where reliability and performance are non-negotiable.
Compensation
Salary: Up to £200k + Industry Leading Bonus.
Location
London (Hybrid).
Requirements
Rust programming
Proven experience coding in Rust is essential.
Distributed systems knowledge
Strong understanding or interest in distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
C++ background
Ideally, candidates should have a background in C++.
High-stakes environment experience
Experience in low-latency, mission-critical environments is required.
