What You'll Do

- Resident in the UK for at least 5 years.

- Experience working in start-ups or scale-ups, particularly in fast-paced R&D environments.
- Experience leading projects or mentoring junior engineers.
- Embedded Rust experience or RTOS exposure.
- Embedded Linux experience.
- Familiarity with robotics, automation, or other complex technical systems.
