About the Role

As a Rust Developer at BairesDev, you will implement secure and decentralized governance systems for the Internet Computer while collaborating with various development and research teams. You will also contribute to the design and integration of intelligent systems that enhance operational efficiency and security.

What You'll Do

• Implement secure and decentralized governance systems for managing the Internet Computer.
• Collaborate with other development and research teams to provide decentralized governance for various components of the Internet Computer.
• Build security tests for the system.
• Contribute to the token system that powers the Internet Computer.
• Help design endpoints for efficient operation.
• Integrate the NNS with intelligence to automate smart decisions like evicting malicious nodes or coordinating automated responses to DOS attacks.
• Create a system for autonomous programs to run on the Internet Computer, driving decentralized autonomous applications with token-based governance.

Who You Are

• Good practical knowledge of Rust.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience in the industry as a software engineer.
• Experience in building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Cryptocurrency and Blockchain technologies (not mandatory).
