About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, working closely with customers to understand their needs. You will have the freedom to determine the best technical solutions and see the immediate impact of your work on the product and company.
What You'll Do
- Take projects from an initial idea through to building, deployment and iteration.
- Work directly with customers to gain a better understanding of the problems behind the code you're writing.
- Build prototypes quickly and turn successful ones into production software.
- Work across different parts of the stack depending on the problem.
- Help shape engineering practices as the company scales.
Who You Are
- A First or 2:1 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related STEM subject.
- Strong programming ability in Python, C++, Java, Rust or similar.
- A history of building things you're genuinely proud of.
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- A pragmatic approach to solving problems.
- The ambition to take ownership rather than wait for instructions.

Requirements
Degree in STEM
A First or 2:1 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related STEM subject.
Programming Skills
Strong programming ability in Python, C++, Java, Rust or similar.
