What You'll Do

NinjaTrader's identity and verification platform is built in Rust, and it sits on the critical path for every new customer we bring on. You'll be responsible for:

Designing, developing, and maintaining Rust services and crates that power account creation, identity verification, and KYC/CIP decisioning.
Building integrations with identity, fraud, and screening providers.
Writing determination logic as pure, table-tested functions.
Designing asynchronous, task-based delivery of outcomes to downstream systems.
Owning data-handling correctness for flows carrying PII and identity documents.
Operating what you build, including instrumentation and incident response.

Who You Are

You are a seasoned Rust engineer with a passion for building scalable and reliable service architecture. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to make a significant impact on the onboarding process.

Bonus Points

Experience with cloud-based infrastructure such as Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
