As a Site Reliability Engineer focused on Software Operations and Scaling, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance the reliability and performance of large-scale infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and create scalable solutions that impact daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement automation frameworks for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of automated systems.
- Architect and drive continuous improvement initiatives for system CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and implement service improvement strategies for system reliability and performance.
- Create scalable monitoring and diagnostic solutions for complex systems.
- Lead technical process improvements across development and operations teams.
- Drive standardization of DevOps practices across automation systems.
- Collaborate with other support teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement predictive maintenance and monitoring solutions.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust.
- Experience with Linux/Unix.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with distributed systems at scale.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is between $122,800 and $166,100 annually, depending on location and experience.
Requirements
Automation Experience
Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
Programming Skills
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
Linux/Unix Proficiency
Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
CI/CD Knowledge
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
Nice to Have
Experience with distributed systems at scale.
