About the Role

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for building distributed systems and creating innovative solutions in a cloud-native environment. This role involves leading projects from inception to completion while working with a talented team to disrupt the industry with sustainable technology.

What You'll Do

Lead the definition and creation of solutions from 0-1, solving ambiguous and complex challenges.
Build distributed systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and availability.
Work on software infrastructure or cloud-native software using Kubernetes.
Utilize knowledge of systems design and Open Source components.

Who You Are

Tech agnostic with preferable experience in Golang, Rust, Java, and/or C/C++.
Extensive knowledge of building distributed systems.
Confident in leading projects and teams.

Bonus Points

Experience with building virtual machines, virtual servers, or network programming.

Compensation

Up to £130,000 per annum plus bonus plus stock.

Location

Central London office.

Cloud Native Experience
