We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help design, build, and optimize our next-generation trading systems. You’ll work side by side with senior developers and traders to enhance exchange connectivity, monitor performance and refine our algorithms for speed, precision, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain ultra-low-latency trading systems that operate at speeds beyond standard trading environments.
- Optimize exchange connectivity and infrastructure to achieve maximum reliability and minimal latency.
- Design and implement monitoring and analytics frameworks to track trading performance, system health, and uptime across global markets.
- Continuously refine and improve systems to stay ahead of rapidly evolving market conditions.
- Push the limits of performance, latency, and integration, helping us maintain a clear technological and executional edge.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence, where precision, speed, and reliability define success.
Experience & Technical Background
- Degree in a quantitative field (computer science, engineering, mathematics or similar)
- Strong programming skills, knowledgeable about low-level programming concepts
- Experience (professional or through personal projects) building or contributing to complex or high-performance systems in a language like C++, Rust, Java or similar
- Python, SQL or Rust knowledge are a plus
- Interest in financial markets and/or crypto is a plus

Requirements
Programming Skills
Strong programming skills, knowledgeable about low-level programming concepts.
Experience with High-Performance Systems
Experience building or contributing to complex or high-performance systems in languages like C++, Rust, or Java.
Degree in Quantitative Field
A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a similar field.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Python is a plus.
Familiarity with SQL is beneficial.
An interest in financial markets and/or crypto is a plus.
