Senior Staff Engineer(Rust/Kotlin)

Job Description

The Senior Staff Engineer will develop high-performance service components and client-side modules using Kotlin or Rust. This role involves end-to-end project delivery, technical support, and communication within the AI ecosystem, ensuring high-quality project launches.

What You'll Do

• Adopt Kotlin or Rust to develop high-performance, stable service components and client-side modules.
• Undertake end-to-end project delivery work, control development progress, resolve technical risks and online faults to ensure on-time and high-quality project launch.
• Provide technical support and technical communication for internal and external partners of the AI ecosystem, sort out technical documents and operation specifications.
• Assist in sorting out technical solutions for customer business scenarios, output technical consultation materials when needed.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in at least one of Kotlin or Rust, with practical commercial project development experience.
• Familiar with underlying performance optimization, memory management and concurrent programming logic of the language.
• Solid basic knowledge of artificial intelligence, including basic concepts of large models, AI inference, vector database, or AI application development logic.
• English proficiency: able to read and write technical documents smoothly, no oral communication requirement.
• Strong end-to-end project delivery capability, able to independently push forward projects from demand confirmation to online stable operation.

Compensation

Must work full-time on-site at the Beijing office throughout the project cycle.
