What You Will Build

This is a full-time, 100% remote Software Engineer role. We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of hardcore backend engineering and artificial intelligence.

You won't just be maintaining legacy systems; you will be driving the architecture forward. Your day-to-day will involve writing resilient code in Go, Rust, and Node.js, and orchestrating intelligent, multi-agent workflows using Azure AI Foundry. You will own your deployments, straddling both AWS and Microsoft Azure, to ensure our platforms can scale endlessly without breaking a sweat.

Your Arsenal (Qualifications)

• The Foundation: You possess deep architectural intuition and a rock-solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• The Polyglot: You are highly proficient in backend development with deep, hands-on experience shipping production code in Go, Rust, and Node.js.
• The Cloud Native: You treat AWS and Microsoft Azure like your playground, with a proven track record of designing and scaling robust API-driven SaaS architectures.
• The AI Edge: You have hands-on experience building intelligent agentic workflows. (Direct experience with Azure AI Foundry will put you at the top of the list).
• The Operator: Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing are second nature to you.
• The Remote Collaborator: You are a strong communicator who knows how to document, collaborate, and execute autonomously in an agile, remote-first environment.
• The Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent battle scars and practical experience from the industry.
