Responsibilities
- Design and implement transaction submission services
- Build Solana simulation and confirmation tracking
- Integrate Anchor programs and protocol-specific behavior
- Improve performance, reliability, and observability
- Participate in code review and incident analysis
Required Skills
- Strong Rust experience in production systems
- Understanding of Solana transaction model and RPC behavior
- Experience with distributed systems and failure handling
Preferred Skills
- Anchor program development
- Experience with idempotent submission and retry logic
- OpenTelemetry or metrics-driven operations
Working arrangement
Remote-first with approximately 4 hours overlap with CET or PHT. Full-time employment.
Compensation
$120,000 – $160,000 USD / year
Hiring process

02 Technical Evaluation: Assessment & Review, role-relevant technical assessment 2–3 hours. Review submission, decisions, and trade-offs. Discuss testing approach and implementation quality. Evaluate problem-solving and technical communication.
03 Final Evaluation: Team Review, discuss role expectations and collaboration style. Review overall fit with team and infrastructure work. Align on compensation, availability, and next steps. Confirm long-term interest and working preferences.
04 Offer & Onboarding: Welcome to Nodveta, written offer with compensation and role details. Clear expectations for the first 30–90 days. Team introductions and workflow overview. Onboarding access, tooling, and project context.

Requirements
Strong Rust experience
You should have significant experience with Rust in production systems.
Solana transaction model
A solid understanding of the Solana transaction model and RPC behavior is essential.
Distributed systems knowledge
Experience with distributed systems and failure handling is required.
Nice to Have
Experience in developing Anchor programs is a plus.
Familiarity with idempotent submission and retry logic is preferred.
Experience with OpenTelemetry or similar metrics-driven operations is beneficial.
