About the Role

As a Core Platform Engineer at Tailor, you will design and develop the Tailor Platform, an AI Native Headless ERP platform aimed at redefining business systems for the AI era. Your role will involve creating core architecture, implementing business logic models, and ensuring high-performance and reliable infrastructure.

What You'll Do

LLMと業務データ・外部ツールを接続する抽象化レイヤーの設計
API / SDK / データモデル設計（Headless前提）

Compensation

賃金は1,000万円〜で、年齢や年次にかかわらず担っていただく役割の大きさとその成果によって決定します。

Requirements

AI Agent design experience

Experience in designing and developing AI Agents.

LLM system design

Experience in system design utilizing LLM.

API/backend development

Practical experience in API and backend development.

TypeScript development

Sufficient development experience in TypeScript or similar languages.

Nice to Have

ERP system development

Experience in developing ERP or business systems.

SDK/platform development

Experience in SDK or platform development.

Distributed system design

Experience in designing distributed systems.

Go/Rust integration

Experience in integrating with low-level languages like Go or Rust.

OSS contribution

Experience contributing to open-source software.
