About the Role

Role: Senior Software Engineer – AI Training & Code Evaluation

The Senior Software Engineer will focus on developing and reviewing high-quality code for AI training and evaluation. This role involves analyzing and optimizing complex programming solutions while creating expert-level coding examples and evaluating AI-generated code for accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and review high-quality code for AI training and evaluation.
Analyze, debug, and optimize complex programming solutions.
Create expert-level coding examples and technical insights.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
Identify edge cases, bugs, and potential improvements.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of: Python 3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Experience with debugging, code review, and software development best practices.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide clear solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
