About the Role

As a Back End Engineer at BLOOMTECH, you will be involved in developing a next-generation cross-border remittance platform using blockchain technology. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that aim to revolutionize international money transfers.

What You'll Do

You will play a critical role in driving massive new businesses by exploring novel blockchain development and building the core technologies that serve as our business foundation. You will have the autonomy to conduct independent research based on business challenges and implement solutions referencing English academic papers.

Who You Are

You have experience in developing libraries and frameworks, as well as high-load, high-reliability systems. You are capable of implementing solutions based on English technical literature and possess foundational knowledge in algorithms, data structures, and networking.

Bonus Points

Experience with blockchain or related technologies.
Advanced knowledge of distributed systems, security, cryptography, and concurrent/asynchronous programming.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience contributing to open-source software and a keen interest in challenging technologies.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is 7,000,000 - 18,000,000 JPY.
