What You'll Do
- Design and build ultra-low latency systems in C++ and/or Rust
- Develop high-performance market data, order management, execution, and risk systems
- Work with kernel bypass networking, lock-free data structures, custom allocators, and co-located infrastructure
- Collaborate with researchers to bring ML-driven trading strategies into production
- Help shape the architecture of a next-generation trading platform
What We're Looking For
- Strong professional experience with Modern C++
- Hands-on experience building HFT or low-latency trading infrastructure
- Experience with production trading systems, market data, or execution platforms
- Passion for performance optimization and systems programming
