The Ideal Candidate

• Has experience in at least one object-oriented or multi-paradigm programming language (must); Rust skills are a big plus.
• Has basic knowledge of SQL.
• Has a Unix background; experience using FreeBSD is a plus.
• Knows HashiCorp tools like Consul and Vault.
• Is able to navigate existing code and has experience in developing and connecting to web services; understands client-server systems.
• Is motivated, passionate, eager to learn, and interested in FinTech products.
• Is passionate about secure, reliable and efficient software.
• Is happy to work independently and in a team.
• Is taking accountability for their commitments, has attention to detail in their own work, and is able to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Loves to create exciting products, meeting often complex, sometimes even conflicting goals like regulatory compliance, data protection legislation, information security policies, and offering a first-class user experience.
• Has very good written and verbal English language skills.
