What We're Looking For

2 to 4 years of engineering experience.
Currently at a tier-1 crypto market maker, crypto prop, or systematic shop, though strong engineers from top tech firms are welcome if the bar is met.
Shipping to production, working on something technically interesting.
Strong track record through education or work.
Any language except Python. C++, Java, C#, Rust all welcome.
Non-compete of 6 months or less.

Experience in shipping to production and working on technically interesting projects.

Strong track record

A strong track record through education or work is necessary.

Programming languages
