What You'll Do
- Design, build, and launch innovative software products from concept to production (0 to 1).
- Enhance and scale existing products as they grow and evolve (1 to n).
- Collaborate closely with engineers, deployment strategists, and end users.
- Develop high-performance systems that solve complex operational challenges.
- Help establish engineering standards and best practices.
- Build decision-support tools that deliver measurable impact for customers.
- Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to deployment and optimization.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- Strong ability to quickly learn and work with technologies such as Python and Rust.
- Experience leveraging modern LLM and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Senior-Level Experience
- Experience building and maintaining high-performance, scalable systems.
- Strong system design and architecture experience.
- Proven success leading technical initiatives and driving engineering excellence.

Requirements
Proficiency in programming

Experience with Python and Rust
