Software Engineer

About the Role

The Software Engineer will take full technical ownership of high-performance systems that address critical defense challenges. This role involves working closely with technical experts to drive architectural decisions and build new capabilities with a high degree of autonomy.

What You Will Need

• British nationality required to meet site regulations
• Advanced capability in some of: C#/.NET, Java, Rust or Python
• Track record of delivering complex software solutions
• Aptitude - we want experienced engineers who want to push technology to its limits, at pace.

• Architect resilient software solutions for high-stakes technical problems in defense
• Partner directly with domain experts to translate complex challenges into robust code
• Evaluate and integrate emerging tools to maintain high engineering standards

Skills and Experience

• Deep software engineering foundation with a strong technical degree
• Ability to write clean maintainable code across low-latency or complex enterprise environments
• Strategic problem-solving mindset with a commitment to engineering excellence
• Exposure to high-throughput platforms or financial services technology is advantageous
