As a Software Engineer for Data at Rest (DAR) within the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence business area, you will be part of a cross-functional team focused on developing Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products. This role emphasizes software development efforts and requires a strong understanding of software engineering principles and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities For This Position
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
You’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products, with an emphasis in software development efforts for the Data at Rest (DAR) technology area.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
- U.S. citizenship is required.

Workplace Options
This position is fully on-site with some limited ability to Flex from home. While on-site, you will be a part of the software team in the Dedham, MA facility.
Compensation
Target salary range: USD $110,241.00/Yr. - USD $116,269.00/Yr.
Requirements
Software Engineering Degree
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or a related field is required.
Security Clearance
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is necessary.
Programming Skills
Experience in programming languages such as Rust, Python, C, or C++ is preferred.
Linux Experience
Familiarity with Linux operating systems is important for this role.
Nice to Have
Experience identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD DevOps tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab is beneficial.
