About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Fullstack Engineer AI to join our dynamic team at GrabJobs. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our digital products by integrating AI features and building scalable, high-performance frontend solutions. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on AI or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, or Angular.
• Experience with Python and a keen interest in AI technologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Bonus skills include experience with machine learning tools like PyTorch or ClearML, and backend knowledge with Next.js, Flask, or Rust.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards responsibility.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to keep projects on track.
• Curiosity and openness to learning new ideas and technologies.
• Proficiency in both German and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fast, scalable frontend solutions using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular.
• Integrate AI features into our digital products to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with backend, AI, and UX teams to ensure seamless feature integration and optimal performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Participate in the setup and improvement of CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and deployment processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest AI and frontend development trends and incorporate them into projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
