About BCH Labs
BCH Labs is an engineering team that has been building on Solana for 2 years, focusing on technically complex, high-performance projects. We work closely with clients to bring their ideas to life at a top engineering level while also developing our own product.
What You'll Do
- Write and maintain the core of high-load systems in Rust, including trading bots and low-latency infrastructure.
- Design architecture for low latency, 24/7 reliability, and work with shreds and market data streams.
- Lead a team of 1-3 engineers, including code reviews, setting standards, mentoring, and hiring.
- Work with data pipelines and backtesting (ClickHouse and analytics are a significant part of our work).
- Participate in R&D: hypotheses, quant strategies, ML models, and data edge finding.
- Take full ownership of projects from architecture to production.
- Tune performance at all levels, from code to network and infrastructure.
Who You Are
- You are a strong senior engineer with 3+ years of production Rust experience, including async/tokio and performance thinking.
- You have strong system design skills and experience with low-latency/high-load systems.
- You understand trading and financial markets, thinking in terms of EV, risk, and strategies.
- You have leadership experience, able to guide engineers and drive decisions.
- You are self-motivated and engaged, capable of solving problems independently in a small team.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Solana (RPC, transactions, programs, Jito/MEV, Geyser/shredstream).
- Data experience with ClickHouse, columnar databases, and data pipelines.
- ML/quant experience, feature engineering, and quantitative trading approaches.
- DevOps/infrastructure experience, including Linux tuning, deployment, monitoring, and fault tolerance.
- Experience with NFTs, DeFi, arbitrage, or MEV in the blockchain space.

Production Rust Experience
