Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the development of new software solutions in a greenfield environment, focusing on high-quality software for regulated industries. You will collaborate with stakeholders and client teams to identify and address their needs while having a significant role in building and growing your team.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify solutions to their pain points.
- Spec, design, build, test, and maintain new software solutions.
- Collaborate with client teams.
- Build performant mission-critical software.
Who You Are
- Excellent computer science fundamentals with a solid understanding of the restrictions of hardware-constrained development.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture.
- Excellent C++ and/or Rust skills.
- Good communication skills.
Compensation
Up to £150,000
Requirements

Rust experience
Experience with Rust is highly desirable.
