What You'll Do

The Backend Engineer will be responsible for:

• Enhancing development cycles and code quality through collaboration with AI agents.
• Developing service features using LLM/AI technologies (search, recommendations, automation, etc.).
• Designing and operating AI-based content metadata processing and automation pipelines.
• Designing, developing, and operating backend systems for global regions.
• Implementing systems that support various service formats and functionalities.
• Optimizing and improving system performance.
• Designing and operating APIs and data pipelines to handle large-scale traffic.
• Analyzing service performance through A/B testing and continuous improvement.
• Activating business through integration with external systems.
• Managing stable data transmission and exposure.
• Applying new technologies to enhance user experience.

Who You Are

You should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in server development and operations.
• Experience in server development with at least one of the following languages: Rust, Go, Kotlin, or Java.
• A deep understanding of RDB/NoSQL modeling and optimization.
• Experience in system design and operations in large-scale traffic environments.
• Familiarity with code reviews and writing test codes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Bonus Points

If you have experience with:

• Integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) into backend services.
• Designing and operating AI agent or RAG-based systems.
• Actively using AI collaboration tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) in development workflows.
• Designing systems and operating services based on AWS/GCP Kubernetes.
• Developing asynchronous event processing systems using Kafka or MQ for large-scale traffic.
• Designing large-scale data structures and optimizing analysis using logs.
• Developing low latency applications.
