About the Role

The role involves designing and delivering high-performance software for mission-critical platforms in a leading FinTech firm. As a Senior Software Developer, you will work on complex distributed systems and contribute to a new machine learning platform while primarily using C#.

What You'll Do

Designing and delivering high-performance software that powers mission-critical platforms processing multi-exabytes of data in real time.
Developing and maintaining highly concurrent distributed systems built for demanding production environments.
Working primarily with C#, with opportunities to gain experience in Python, Rust, and Go.
Helping build a new greenfield machine learning platform while contributing to its architecture and long-term technical direction.

Who You Are

4–15 years of commercial software engineering experience, ideally working on distributed systems or large-scale backend platforms.
Strong hands-on experience developing production applications in C#.
A track record of building scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team of experienced engineers.

Compensation

Up to CAD $200k Base + Bonus
