As a Backend Software Engineer, you will design and develop low latency trading applications, primarily using C# and Rust. This role involves collaborating with a talented team to solve complex problems in a non-hierarchical environment, with a focus on backend development.
What You'll Do
You'll collaborate with a small, talented team, problem solving and working on complex and challenging systems with interesting work and lots of ownership.
Who You Are
You have strong backend OOP, multithreaded software engineering experience with C# .Net and are comfortable working with Rust going forward. You have a keen interest in financial markets and blockchain technology, and you achieved a 2.1 or above in Computer Science from a top tier university.

You are collaborative and pragmatic with great communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements
C# .Net experience
