What You'll Do
- Ship high-quality code at speed, leveraging the latest AI models and tools.
- Own features end-to-end, from Rust services and backend infrastructure to the frontend experience.
- Optimise for performance: write fast software, remove allocations, aggressively cache, and fine-tune queries.
- Enhance the core AI agent by improving its harness, tools, and context management.
- Contribute to backend and infrastructure reliability, including low-level bug fixes and CI/CD optimisation.
Who You Are
- A demonstrable track record as a top-tier engineer, evidenced by significant impact and technical depth.
- Proven expertise in AI-driven development: you don't just use AI, you master it for coding, prompting, and model selection.
- High agency and determination to tackle complex problems and drive solutions independently.
- Ability to work 5 days a week, in person, from the Hoxton (London) office.
