Role Overview

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the development of new software solutions in a greenfield environment, focusing on C++ and potentially Rust. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify pain points and build performant, mission-critical software while having a significant influence on team growth.

What You'll Do

Work closely with stakeholders to identify solutions to their pain points.
Spec, design, build, test, and maintain new software solutions.
Collaborate with client teams.
Build performant mission-critical software.

Who You Are

Excellent computer science fundamentals with a solid understanding of the restrictions of hardware-constrained development.
Strong understanding of computer architecture.
Excellent C++ and/or Rust skills.
Good communication skills.

Compensation

Pay: Up to £150,000

Requirements

Rust experience

Experience with Rust is preferred and beneficial.
