About the Role
About the Role
As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will develop real-time embedded software for advanced sensing systems, focusing on low-latency and deterministic performance. This role involves collaboration with FPGA, hardware, and systems engineers to solve complex integration challenges and support products from prototype to deployment.
What You'll Do
- Develop real-time embedded software for advanced sensing systems
- Optimise low-latency, deterministic system performance
- Work closely with FPGA, hardware and systems engineers
- Solve complex timing and integration challenges
- Support products from prototype through to deployment
Who You Are
We're looking for engineers with experience in:
- Embedded C/C++ and/or Rust
- RTOS development
- Sensor-connected embedded systems
- FPGA-based hardware integration
- Deterministic timing and low-latency systems
- Autonomous systems, robotics or navigation technologies
Location
The company is based in Austin, TX. Local candidates are preferred, although we're happy to consider engineers elsewhere in the US who can travel to Austin regularly.
Eligibility
Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be US Citizens or Green Card holders.
Requirements
