Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop customer-specific embedded applications and solutions.
- Investigate and debug complex software and hardware issues, contributing to robust and secure solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure design wins at strategic customer accounts.
- Develop demonstration platforms showcasing integrated hardware and software capabilities.
- Create high-quality technical documentation, including application notes, white papers, and user guides.
- Deliver technical presentations that highlight platform capabilities, features, and technology advantages.
- Work closely with customers throughout their development journey, providing expert technical guidance and support.
Your team
The Systems Enablement Organization is a customer-facing team that is responsible for owning the customer experience for all Enablement technology surrounding Connectivity solutions for NXP. You will be responsible for creating reference designs and integrating new features, assisting customers with software and hardware issues, and help to launch new microcontroller products to market.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in embedded software development, with strong C and/or Rust background.
- Solid understanding of embedded software products, including functionality, customer use cases, system architecture, and dependencies.
- Strong background in embedded security concepts and secure system design.
- Proven experience debugging and resolving complex issues across embedded software, firmware, and hardware platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and/or Linux-based embedded systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Good technical presentation skills.
- English language (spoken and written).
Experience with any of the following is considered a plus:
- Experience with Rust and Security in embedded systems.
- Hardware/software design and architecture knowledge.
What Can You Expect
Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract.

Requirements
Embedded software development
3+ years of experience in embedded software development, with strong C and/or Rust background.
Embedded security knowledge
Strong background in embedded security concepts and secure system design.
Debugging skills
Proven experience debugging and resolving complex issues across embedded software, firmware, and hardware platforms.
RTOS experience
Hands-on experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and/or Linux-based embedded systems.
Nice to Have
Good technical presentation skills are beneficial.
Knowledge in hardware/software design and architecture is a plus.
