The Senior Software Engineer will take on a full-stack role with a backend focus, primarily using C# and Node.js, to build systems that support elite athletes and coaches. This position emphasizes genuine ownership of projects, from architecture to production, and requires strong systems design experience.
What You'll Do
- Own the design and implementation of systems that handle performance data for elite athletes.
- Work with a cross-functional team that ships constantly and values your opinions.
- Mentor other engineers and set standards to improve team performance.
Who You Are
- You have genuine full-stack ownership experience, with a backend-leaning focus.
- You are comfortable with C#/.NET or Node.js, and have experience with React and TypeScript.
- You possess real systems design experience, particularly with event-driven architecture.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Rust is a genuine plus.
- Familiarity with AWS and a mix of relational and non-relational data stores, particularly PostgreSQL.
