About the Role
About Aion
Aion is the enterprise AI platform, a full-stack solution for building, fine-tuning, and deploying AI at scale. Whether an organization is modernizing internal operations, launching AI-powered products, or transforming customer experiences, Aion takes them from concept to production on a single, unified platform.
We work differently than most AI companies: our teams deploy alongside our customers, turning production-ready AI into real business outcomes in weeks, not quarters.
We're a fast-growing, VC-backed startup led by founders with a track record of successful exits. With teams across the US, UK, and India, we're building the next generation of enterprise AI and we're looking for exceptional people to help us scale.
Who You Are
You're an engineer passionate about building intelligent orchestration systems that automate complex AI workflows across distributed infrastructure. You understand that AI applications require more than model inference—they need seamless coordination across data pipelines, compute resources, agents, APIs, and production environments.
You have experience building workflow orchestration platforms, distributed execution systems, or automation frameworks that scale reliably. You're comfortable working across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, containers, and event-driven systems while optimizing execution efficiency, resiliency, and developer experience.
You're product-minded and understand that orchestration is the control plane powering enterprise AI. You think beyond infrastructure, designing systems that simplify deployment, improve reliability, and accelerate customer outcomes.
You're equally comfortable designing platform architecture, optimizing execution engines, debugging distributed workflows, and collaborating with customers to understand real-world orchestration challenges.
