About the Role
岗位职责
参与公司核心后端系统的架构设计、功能实现与性能优化，保障系统高可用性、高稳定性；配合前端团队完成数据交互接口开发，支撑业务功能落地；负责后端系统的日常维护、问题排查，优化系统响应速度与资源占用；
任职要求
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上后端开发经验（Rust开发经验优先）。
- 精通Rust、Java、Go、C++等一种以上编程语言，具备底层代码优化经验；
- 熟悉MySQL、MongoDB、PostgreSQL等数据库的使用，熟练使用SQL语句；
- 熟悉Linux操作系统、Docker容器技术，掌握常用操作命令，能独立完成项目的安装、部署与运维；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神，有较强的问题排查与解决能力。
Requirements
Rust programming
Proficiency in Rust is preferred for this role.
Back-end development experience
At least 2 years of experience in back-end development is required.
Database knowledge
Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL is necessary.
Linux and Docker
Experience with Linux operating systems and Docker container technology is essential.
Nice to Have
Java or Go
Knowledge of Java or Go programming languages is a plus.
Communication skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities are beneficial.
